Ella this evening in her very own outfit thanks to the St. Mary's RBC. She is really growing - last night she was 4 pounds 8 ounces, 17.5 inches long (head to toe). She continues to be weaned off the high flow oxygen slowly and in the next week will try the low flow oxygen. She recieved her two month immunizations yesterday. This is Lucy (and me) this evening. When she is sick we aren't able to touch her very much but she is starting to feel better. As soon as I put my finger in her hand she grabbed on - which she doesn't do very often. While we are not able to hold her yet, it is wonderful to have this contact. Lucy is still on the oscillator and will likely be on some sort of ventilator for a few more weeks. All of her energy is going into getting better from her infections and the fluid she is retaining.
