Yesterday we arrived back home after a trip to Winnipeg. Johnathon had meetings there for a couple of days and we decided to all make the trip. We stayed with our good friends Matt and Cheryl. The girls were fantastic on the plane there and back and everything went very smoothly. The girls had a lot of firsts - visiting the zoo, swimming in a pool, and being bitten by mosquitos. They got to meet a lot of the people who have been faithfully praying for them. All in all, it was a great trip.

Lucy wasn't so thrilled with the water at first, but then she started to relax at bit. She rolled over three times in Winnipeg. She rolled over independantly a couple of months ago, but these rolls were the first since then. It must be something in the Winnipeg air!

For those who might be wondering - Ella is eating a plastic hotdog. Her two bottom teeth have really come in and she looks very grown-up! Both girls have been starting to eat rice and barley cereal and are now doing quite well. In the last week, Ella has decided that she will eat more than two spoonfuls at a time. Vegetables will be added to the menu soon, but hotdogs will have to wait!
